About a work at home mum:
Diane Stafford, that’s me on the left. You can probably tell that I dislike being in front of the camera! However, if you’re anything like me, you don’t want to see just ‘pretty’ web design graphics, you’ll also want to know who’s behind the scenes of the website (a real person), so I’ve suffered the camera lens on your behalf (I know, what a sacrifice)! Oh, and there’s a ‘pretty picture’ of the Canal towpath that takes us into Chester City Center.
As a work at home mum, of three ever growing teenagers, with a wide range of interests including web design, small business marketing and development, teaching, learning and all things art, hobby & crafts related, to name a few, you can guess that life is never dull.I’m based in the gorgeous City of Chester, Cheshire. Home of several well known landmarks, Roman ruins and of course the ever popular Chester Race Course and Chester Zoo.

Are You A Work at Home Mum?
The main factors in my choosing to become a work from home Mum:
- To be at home to be there for my children
- To ‘work’ in order to create an income
- To ‘work’ hours that suit those needs
- To obtain flexibility and freedom
- To do something(s) I enjoy
Whilst these may be ‘typical’ reasons for many, if not most Mums choosing to work at home, every Mum’s individual circumstances will inevitably be different and therefore, your ‘typical ‘ working week may be similar to, or may be nothing like, mine.
