How do I fully convey my vision to you?
We arrange a mutually convenient Discovery Session to discuss your website purpose.
If we decide to work together, various documents will be sent to you, the client, and a date is scheduled for starting your project. Your website project will commence after payment has been received.
Do I need to be available during the design process?
Yes, It’s very important that you be available to respond to emails in a timely manner throughout the design process, please keep this in mind when scheduling your project date. Often times I’ll send an email with ideas or previews that need your ‘okay’ so I can proceed with the design/development of your project.
Can I change my project start date?
In order for me to keep up with my schedule I’m unable to move your project date once we’ve placed you on the calendar. If you’re unable to begin on the date initially agreed upon, you will be offered the next available start date.

I charge £90/hour for website maintenance of any kind.
Do you offer support?
With every purchase I provide general support for the duration of the design process and for 30 days following the project’s end date (excludes modifications). Any questions or modifications you’d like made outside of this time frame will incur my hourly fee.
Website maintenance packages are also available on a monthly fee basis – options will be provided to you.
I wish I could answer every single email without charging a fee, however, I’m unable to do so, and keep up with my current clients and their projects.
