Cookie Law Timeline
The new Cookies Regulations officially came into force on 26 May 2011. However, there’s been a one year period of grace, which means that the law actually comes into effect as from 26th May 2012.
Although it’s likely to take time for every website to comply, all websites must begin to make visitors aware of their cookie compliance efforts. We’ve made a start!

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site.
Cookies are not New
Cookies are nothing new or scary, it’s just that now, you have to be informed that they are being used and be provided with the opportunity to accept them from each website you visit.
